Scrutineering Schedule

Location: ATCUAE Technical Centre (TBC)

Time: Thursday 1st December, 08:00 – 12:30, according to the timetable issued at the AdministrativeChecks.

Specific regulations

The competitors must present the following:

• Car registration documents
• Third party insurance certificate
• Driving license of each crew member
• Homologation forms & appendices for vehicles (not a photocopy)
• Crash helmets, head restraint device (HANS) and equipment (Overalls etc)
• First aid kit and Warning Triangle

Cars must be presented for scrutineering with all rally plates and competition numbers fixed.

Cars arriving late will be penalized:

Up to 30 minutes – AED 200/-

Up to 1 hour – AED 400/-

Each additional hour – AED 400/-

It is obligatory for the competitors to wear fire-resistant clothing the special stages and selective sections (Appendix L to the INS, Chapter III, Art. 2).

The technical scrutineers will check whether the team is in possession of the fire-resistant overalls, gloves (optional for the co-drivers), long underwear, a balaclava, socks and shoes homologated to the FIA 8856-2000 standard.
