Most nationalities are now issued with a free of charge visit visa to UAE (valid for 60 days) in Abu Dhabi & Dubai International Airports upon arrival:

Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA, Vatican City.

GCC residents will also get their free of charge visas upon arrival, but only if they occupy high level professions (e.g. Managers, Doctors, Engineers etc.). Please, check with the Organizers before you travel. Please, double-check whether you qualify for an automatic visa before you travel!
